Delete your Bearing account
You can delete your account from inside Bearing. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Bearing.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the account, email us from the address associated with it. Use the subject “Bearing account deletion request” and include enough information for us to identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.

Account deletion starts removal or de-identification of the account and information associated with it. It also signs the app out and clears its synchronized local database.
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, payment and accounting records, disputes, audits, or legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Copy anything you want to keep before confirming. Bearing does not currently offer a self-service export, but you can request a copy of your information where applicable law provides that right.
